Outlook 2007 Inbox Does Not Update and Not receiving new mail
Send and Receive does not solve the issue.
the status showing that the exchange is connected and updated but (the date of update mail was old)
outlook 2007 not able to receive new emails and send receive
how to solve?
make sure it's not because of the rules
simply create a new profile.
1. close your outlook
2. go to control panel, mail (switch to classic view if you can't find it)
3.choose the third options show profiles.
4. add .. enter a new name, connect to exchange
5. change the setting always use this profile with the new profile.
